Lead Infant Teacher
Chelsea Richards
Hi, I’m Chelsea! I’m the lead teacher on the Little Infants side at Little Lakers, where I’ve been nurturing and guiding our youngest learners since we opened almost three years ago. With nearly 15 years of experience working with children, I’m passionate about early childhood development and creating a positive, nurturing environment for every child. Beyond my role at Little Lakers, I’m a proud mom of two energetic boys. I love being a mom and cherish the time spent with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, our kids, and our four dogs. We often go on walks and hikes, embracing the joy of the outdoors. I’m also a part-time photographer, capturing beautiful moments and memories through my lens. I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to watch and help all the kids grow, and I look forward to many more rewarding experiences in the future.

Lead infant Teacher
Kelsey Condon
I have over seven years of experience working with children, where I've enjoyed helping them learn new things and witnessing their growth as they achieve both small and large developmental milestones. To expand my expertise, I obtained my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler care. In my spare time, I love spending time with my boyfriend and our two dogs—a German Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees. We enjoy going for walks and spending time outdoors together.
